Club Mileage Award Rules

Annual Awards will be based on club participation points again this year.
One point will be awarded for each club activity in which you participate.
Examples of activities included are as follows (this may not be an all inclusive list):

1. Club Rides (this includes all OPEN rides) posted on the calendar.
2. Club Meetings (General meetings, Rides Committee, Social Committee, etc.)
3. Club Projects
4. Club Picnics
5. Club Social Gatherings
6. Club Volunteer for the HHH
7. *Non-club sponsored events listed on the club calendar.

*These would include away rides sponsored by another club that the rides committee has elected to put on the club calendar. The purpose of these rides is to encourage our club members to support other nearby bicycling events such as those held in Tiffin, North Baltimore, Bowling Green, Carey, Upper Sandusky, etc. as well as other rides that hold great interest for club participation (TOSRV-GOBA-RED FLANNEL -”BIKE TO THEBAY”, THE BEAN RIDE, ETC?)

Mileage Awards:

25 Club Participation Points = $10.00 Gift Certificate

50 Club Participation Points = $20.00 Gift Certificate

Keep track of your events and club miles on your mileage log.
Enter "1" in the "Club Events" column for all rides that qualify per the above rules.
Note the name, event or other description of the ride in the "Destination" Column.
Any "interesting" notes about your ride are invited in the "Notes" column.
All "Club and "Non-Club Miles" will count toward your mileage award.

For the purpose of keeping a mileage record, the year or season ends on October 31 of each year. Any mileage after that date can be counted on the next year's mileage log. Mileage may be accumulated from November 1st of each year through October 31st of the next year. Please turn your mileage log into the club by November 5th to be considered for mileage awards at the annual banquet.
